Approximately 85 percent of all listed firms and the vast majority of our listed firms have an Audit Committee, which is responsible for assessing the performance and effectiveness of the external and internal auditors and the internal audit system. The Audit Committee is also responsible for providing a critical review of the financial statements and risk management. Some of our family firms have formed a special committee for risk management.
